Haley Babineaux

Founder & Owner

Hey Beauties, I’m Haley!

Born and raised in East Texas, I’ve done hair for over 5 years since graduating from Paul Mitchell the School-Houston. I’m certified in blonding, Brazilian Blowout, several extension methods, and currently in the process of creating and filming my own extension course for you guys.

When you sit in my chair, we will review your hair goals, tackle any challenges, and find the cuts, colors, extensions, and styles that perfectly fit your vibe and lifestyle. Let’s be real; there’s nothing quite like walking out with a fresh style that makes you feel like a boss, babe!

Outside of the salon, I’m a mommy (mami, mamacita) to Harlow, Nashton, and Noah —where the salon name H&N Hair co. originates from. They inspire me to be the best version of myself.

I like to keep things laid back and easy-going. Whether you're here to chat and hang out or prefer a quiet appointment to recharge, I’ve got you covered. I’m here to help you feel like your best self—your hair, your vibe, always elevated. Let’s make your hair dreams a reality!

Madison Kimmer

Hi, I’m Madi! Just a small town country girl from Arkansas who moved to the big city to pursue my dreams! I absolutely love doing hair and being a hairstylist—there’s nothing more rewarding than making someone feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. Whether you’re looking to transform your look with a pop of color or add length and volume with extensions, I’m here to give you the best of both worlds. Creating custom looks that bring out your personality and style is my passion. Outside of the salon, I’m newly married to the love of my life, and we’re soaking up every moment with our adorable fur baby, Goose! I can’t wait to meet you and help you fall in love with your hair all over again.

Alexis Ruthstrom

Hi! I’m a recent cosmetology school graduate with a passion for making people feel beautiful and confident. I’m currently continuing my journey in the salon, learning hands-on and growing my skills every day with guidance from Haley.

I love connecting with clients and being part of the process that helps them feel their best, whether it’s a fresh style or a little self-care time. When I’m not in the salon, I enjoy spending time with my husband and my dog, Winston.

I’m so excited to keep learning and can’t wait to have you in my chair soon! ✨

Robyn Nesbitt

Hi y’all, I’m Robyn!! I’m originally from a small town in East Texas, and moved to Houston about 4 years ago. I bring a warm, down-to-earth approach to every appointment. With a little over a year behind the chair, I’ve fallen in love with creating bright blondes, rich brunettes, and effortless lived-in color. I’m constantly learning new techniques to keep my work fresh, modern, and tailored to each client.

My passion goes beyond great hair — I’m all about helping people look and feel confident in their own skin. I want every client to leave my chair feeling seen, cared for, and excited about their style.
