Haley Babineaux
Founder & Owner
Hey Beauties, I’m Haley!
Born and raised in East Texas, I’ve done hair for over 5 years since graduating from Paul Mitchell the School-Houston. I’m certified in blonding, Brazilian Blowout, several extension methods, and currently in the process of creating and filming my own extension course for you guys.
When you sit in my chair, we will review your hair goals, tackle any challenges, and find the cuts, colors, extensions, and styles that perfectly fit your vibe and lifestyle. Let’s be real; there’s nothing quite like walking out with a fresh style that makes you feel like a boss, babe!
Outside of the salon, I’m a mommy (mami, mamacita) to Harlow, Nashton, and Noah —where the salon name H&N Hair co. originates from. They inspire me to be the best version of myself.
I like to keep things laid back and easy-going. Whether you're here to chat and hang out or prefer a quiet appointment to recharge, I’ve got you covered. I’m here to help you feel like your best self—your hair, your vibe, always elevated. Let’s make your hair dreams a reality!

Hi, I’m Madi! Just a small town country girl from Arkansas who moved to the big city to pursue my dreams! I absolutely love doing hair and being a hairstylist—there’s nothing more rewarding than making someone feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. Whether you’re looking to transform your look with a pop of color or add length and volume with extensions, I’m here to give you the best of both worlds. Creating custom looks that bring out your personality and style is my passion. Outside of the salon, I’m newly engaged to the love of my life, and we’re soaking up every moment with our adorable fur baby, Goose! I can’t wait to meet you and help you fall in love with your hair all over again.

Hi, I’m Ashlyn Parker!
I’m from Katy, Texas, and I’ve been doing hair for a little over two years now. Over that time, I’ve really fallen in love with helping people feel confident and beautiful in their own skin.
I specialize in lived in color and extensions — so whether you’re after that soft, natural grow-out look or want to add some length and volume, I’ve got you covered. My goal is always to create hair that not only looks amazing but also fits your lifestyle, so you can feel your best every day without the extra stress.
When I’m not in the salon, you’ll usually find me hanging out with my labradoodle, Goose (he’s my best buddy), playing pickleball, or spending time with friends and family.

Hi! I’m Alexis, and I’m so excited to be joining H&N Hair Co! I’m currently enrolled in cosmetology school in The Woodlands, where I’m expanding my skills. Prior to starting school, I gained valuable experience as an assistant for two years. I’m eager to begin assisting Haley this winter. I’m currently in my bride era and getting married to my fiancé Cole this February. I’m also a proud dog owner to my Aussiedoodle, Winston. I look forward to meeting everyone and continuing my learning journey.
